1. Fiduciary Scope & Fee-Only Service Architecture
WealthTogether® operates as a proprietary digital platform of Ankit Agrawal, a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (Registration No. INA000023074) and BASL Enlistment Member. The advisory infrastructure is strictly anchored to a pure, 100% Fee-Only model as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
We do not receive, solicit, or accept any direct or indirect commissions, referral fees, incentives, or trailing distributions from third-party product asset management companies, financial institutions, or brokerage houses. Our advice is driven purely by objective data analytics to eliminate conflicts of interest.
2. Mandatory Onboarding, KYC, and Risk Profiling Framework
In strict compliance with SEBI master circulars on anti-money laundering and advisory operations, access to personalized investment advice is conditionally granted only upon the absolute fulfillment of the following onboarding parameters:
- Successful completion of statutory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification through a registered KRA.
- Execution of the comprehensive, legally binding RIA Client Agreement outlining fixed fee allocations.
- Completion of the systematic Risk Profile Questionnaire to determine your investment suitability threshold.
The User warrants that all data points, net worth statements, time horizons, and financial goals provided during this profiling phase are accurate and complete. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or terminate service delivery if the onboarding data is determined to be false, altered, or unverified.
3. Platform Security, Authentication, & Confidentiality Boundaries
While WealthTogether® deploys institutional-grade security protocols, database firewalls, and data encryption vectors to safeguard your personal, behavioral, and financial information, the User acknowledges and accepts the following operational security vectors:
- Credential Integrity: The User holds sole, uncompromised responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their digital access credentials, third-party social logins, and multi-factor authentication codes.
- Breach Indemnification: WealthTogether® shall not be held legally liable for data leakages, capital exposures, or account compromises arising from security vulnerabilities within your personal device environment, network service providers, or unauthorized access to your social media accounts.
- Cautionary Mandate: You are strictly mandated to treat your platform dashboard credentials with high caution and avoid accessing the system via unencrypted public Wi-Fi infrastructure.
4. Distinction Between Generalized Content and Personalized Advice
All text layouts, performance metrics, rolling return charts, data analyses, blog posts, and visual elements displayed publicly across https://www.wealthtogether.in or within marketing materials represent generalized financial information and technical research. None of the public content strings constitute personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Personalized investment advice is delivered strictly through confidential, signed advisory vectors following formal risk capability validation. Users relying on generalized public platform metrics before executing a formal RIA contract do so at their own absolute peril.
5. No Guarantee of Market Results & Systematic Risk Acknowledgment
The User expressly acknowledges that investments in capital markets, mutual funds, Smart Beta equity indices, momentum profiles, and diversified asset baskets are subject to systematic and unsystematic market risks. While our technical models prioritize risk mitigation and capital protection structures:
- We offer no guarantees, explicit or implied, regarding specific investment outcomes, capital compounding milestones, or preservation of principal capital.
- Historical performance metrics, backtested analytical data models, and rolling returns indices do not serve as a reliable indicator of future market performance.
- WealthTogether® and its principal advisor shall not be held liable, legally or financially, for any portfolio losses, opportunity costs, or damages resulting directly from your implementation of our advisory mandates.
6. Strict Limitation of Liability Matrix
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian statutes and SEBI guidelines, the aggregate cumulative liability of WealthTogether® for any claims, actions, portfolio losses, or damages arising out of the use of our services or digital platform shall be strictly limited. Our liability is capped at the actual fee amount paid by the specific client to the RIA for the service cycle immediately preceding the dispute event.
Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, remote, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business profits, or systematic market drawdowns.
7. Service Termination & Explicit Fee Refund Protocols
Either party may terminate the advisory relationship by providing written notice via registered email coordinates. Upon termination, refund distributions are calculated cleanly as follows:
- Fees paid for advisory services or specific planning milestones that have not yet been initiated or rendered might be refunded, subject to deductions for processing overheads as outlined inside your agreement.
- Any processed advisory deliverables or executed milestone plans are non-refundable, as outlined inside your individual RIA Client Agreement.
8. Right of Amendment and System Cache Conditions
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, append, or overhaul these Terms and Conditions at any time to align with shifting market frameworks, technology upgrades, or fresh SEBI regulatory mandates. Revised parameters become active immediately upon their publication on this URL. Your continued utilization of our website signifies an implicit, legally binding acceptance of the updated terms matrix.
9. Intellectual Property Protection & Technical Restrictions
The entire digital footprint of WealthTogether®, including but not limited to proprietary software code, dashboard layouts, data models, rolling returns calculators, brand text marks, graphics, and vector symbols, represents the exclusive intellectual property of Ankit Agrawal. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, scraping, mirroring, or reverse-engineering any layout component or content asset without explicit, written legal authorization.
10. Governing Law, SEBI Mandates, and Forum Jurisdiction
These terms shall be construed, interpreted, and governed strictly in accordance with the laws prevalent in the Republic of India, specifically subject to the guidelines, circulars, notifications, and press releases issued by SEBI and the Government of India from time to time.
In explicit correction of legacy drafts, because the principal place of business operations is established within the state of Madhya Pradesh, any judicial or quasi-judicial disputes, conflicts, or legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
11. Regulatory Grievance Redressal Architecture
In accordance with SEBI compliance standards, clients can formally log any advisory grievances directly with the Principal Advisor via the secure email portal: ankit@wealthtogether.in.
If the resolution provided does not meet your expectations, you can escalate the matter through the centralized SEBI SCORES portal (https://scores.sebi.gov.in) or interface directly with the BASL Grievance Cell using your automated client credential tracking links.
